With 40 or more hours every week spent in this one spot, your work takes up a pretty large chunk of your time, and chances are it’s where you down at least one–if not two-meals a day.
The American Dietetic Association once estimated that 70 percent of American workers eat at their desk at least once a week. There are a lot of people who would read that and wish it was only once a week. Working lunches are pretty common, as are rushed breakfasts, afternoon snacks and mindless munching from hidden snack drawers. At the end of the week, the food choices you made at work may have a significant impact on your overall diet.
